Josh Fowler has never really known how to do music halfway.

After spending his twenties as a professional musician, playing churches, stages, and small studios across the Southeast and building a life around music, he eventually stepped away from releasing his own work. What was supposed to be a change of direction turned into nearly two decades.

Now, he’s back.

Fowler’s new music comes with a lot more life behind it. Love, heartbreak, marriage, divorce, fatherhood, regret, starting over, and the strange experience of becoming more yourself as you get older. The result is pop music that feels polished without feeling manufactured, emotional without taking itself too seriously, and honest enough to occasionally be uncomfortable.

In 2026, Fowler is releasing original music for the first time in 18 years, beginning with “Believe It” and “Why Won’t You Love Me.”

This isn’t an attempt to recreate the career he had at 25.

It’s the music he couldn’t have made until now.
